This chocolated covered strawberry bar is very yummy, and so easy to make, they are perfect for any party !
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 6 oz.)
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread (option)
1. Microwave chocolate in medium microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted;
2. Add Country Crock® Spread and stir until smooth.
3. Switch off the top of the strawberries and place on a tip side ice cube tray .
4. Cover the strawberries with melt chocolate.
Suggest leaving the chocolate hardens at room temperature. Freezing is a bad idea and do not think the cooling is much better. You want the strawberries to stay fresh and not get mushy.
